Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend escape

Impressive property, friendly staff, made my stay enjoyable with their clean rooms and convenient location just 15 km from Chicago O'Hare International, making it easy to explore the city and catch my flight.

No hot water for showers!!! Rude front desk service, lack of basic toiletries like shampoo, minimal towels, and very uncomfortable atmosphere with strange individuals loitering in the halls!!!

However, I found some food crumbs under the bed cover, which could have been better addressed by housekeeping. A couple of microwaves would also enhance convenience for guests.

The location benefits from proximity to the airport and has a free shuttle service that can be useful for quick transfers. The pricing is reasonable, and while the coffee is available around the clock, I found the strong smell of disinfectant in the corridors a little overwhelming.

My experience here was frustrating due to a series of room changes after finding issues like malfunctioning door keys and broken mattress frames. Stale air and intrusive pest activity made the stay uncomfortable. I encountered roaches, which didn't exactly scream cleanliness. The Wi-Fi barely worked, forcing me to rely on my phone's data, and the television had a glitchy display, which made winding down at the end of the day less enjoyable. Overall, this place did not meet my standards for a quick rest before hitting the road again.
